What is CulturExpo?

We are a community of handicraft and artisan designers sharing our traditional unique and authentic products from all around the world. CulturExpo empowers individuals to share and create culture. Now it's the right time to shop culture at CulturExpo

How long do items stay in my basket?

Items will remain in your basket as long as they are in stock. If an item is out of stock it will automatically be removed, you can add it back once the item is back in stock or replace it with another item of your choice.

 

What can I expect with COVID-19?

CulturExpo operations are currently continuing. However, our delivery times may take a little longer than usual considering delayed postal services. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and for your order in the checkout.

What is your return policy and procedure?

Returns are processed as per the requirements of individual brands. Further information can be found under the “Return Policy” of each item prior to purchase. Contact us for any assistance at culturexposhop@gmail.com

How can I use promo codes?

You can enter your promo code before proceeding to Secure Payment. The discounted amount will be reflected in the total and the breakdown. Please note that you may submit more than one promo code with the same purchase, but only one promo code for the same brand will be accepted.

What are the shipping fees?

The shipping fees vary based on the brand, the shipping country and the quantity of items ordered. You can check the shipping fee at the check-out page. However, we always have promotions that include Free Shipping!

Please note that packages delivered internationally may be subject to customs duty. In this case, customs officials will inform you about how to receive your order. Customs duty may vary according to your order and shipping country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duty on any order subject to customs clearance.

What are the payment options?

We accept the following major debit and credit payment methods: American Express, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.

How long before my order is dispatched?

All brands dispatch their items within 96 hours. Once your item(s) from a brand is dispatched, you will receive an email from that individual brand with a tracking code.

If a brand is unable to dispatch a product within 96 hours, they will reach out to you.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order status with the tracking code provided by e-mail. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with CulturExpo along with emails from the individual brands with tracking codes once dispatched.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! CulturExpo ships globally.

I have items from multiple brands, will they be delivered together?

Each brand's items are considered as a separate dispatch. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with CulturExpo. You can check the estimated delivery time at “Account” on the website, or in the confirmation email. Following that, once your item(s) from a brand is dispatched, you will receive an email from that individual brand with a tracking code.

 

Can I use more than one promo code in the same order?

Promo codes CAN be combined with other promotion codes. Please note that while you may combine more than one promo code with the same purchase, only one promo code for the same brand will be accepted.

How safe is payment via credit card?

We provide highly secure and safe shopping experiences for our shoppers. All your Credit card details are encrypted from your bank and the safe payment gateway, hence no information is shared or saved by us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Orders can be canceled by emailing us at culturexposhop@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, contact details and the item(s) you would like canceled.

How long does a delivery take?

The delivery time differs based on the products purchased, country of delivery, the brand, and the shipping company. You can check the estimated delivery time at “Account” on the website, or in the purchase email.

Double check your expected delivery date under Account before getting in touch. Please note, items from different brands are considered as a separate dispatch with different delivery timelines.

Can I change the address of my order?

You can change your delivery address until the order has shipped. Please note that different brands may have different policies. Contact us for any assistance at culturexposhop@gmail.com.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or a defective item, we apologize in advance. Please email us at culturexposhop@gmail.com with your Order ID, Product Name of the defected item, along with photos of the item, the defect, and the interior- exterior labels and tag photos. Our Customer Care team will follow up to exchange the item and ensure your satisfaction as soon as possible.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item, we apologize in advance. Please email us at culturexposhop@gmail.com with your Order ID, Product, along with photos of the item, the defect, and the interior- exterior labels and tag photos. Our Customer Care team will follow up to exchange the item and ensure your satisfaction as soon as possible.

How do I become a seller on CulturExpo?

Joining and becoming a seller on CulturExpo is as easy as contacting us at selling@CulturExpo.com! We will then begin the registration process and create an account for your brand! We are so excited to work with you!

How do fees work on CulturExpo?

Joining and becoming a seller on CulturExpo is free! Unlike other marketplaces, there aren’t any complex listing, publishing, advertising nor payment processing fees. Only one simple transaction fee.

It costs $0 to publish a listing to the marketplace. Once an item sells, there is a 10% transaction fee on the sale price only (not including the delivery or tax fees). With CulturExpo Payments, our easy-to-use and secure payment system, it will cost $0 to accept payments from a wide variety of credit and debit cards.

Just sit back and enjoy secure transactions, one simple transaction fee, automatic deposits, and seller protection.

What can I sell on CulturExpo?

CulturExpo provides a marketplace for everything to do with unique cultures. This includes: carpets, pottery, handmade textiles, or paintings.

How do I get paid?

With CulturExpo Payments, our easy-to-use and secure payment system, you may accept payments from a wide variety of credit and debit cards. Funds from your sales are deposited directly to your bank account, minus our 10% transaction fee on the sale price only.
